Strengthening and empowering students, young adults, soldiers, lone soldiers, and bnei sherut (national service volunteers) with real-life skills, tools, enrichment opportunities and confidence to succeed – in work, in relationships, and in life – through interactive activities, workshops, lectures, seminars, discussions, and mentorship.
Providing a platform that brings together entrepreneurs, businesses, professionals, and changemakers to be part of an engaging team driving growth, resilience and meaningful impact in Israel.

Our Model
At ImpactIL®, we believe change and impact happen when we take action and interact on a personal level. It’s more than simply raising funds.
Our model unites Israel’s entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, skilled professionals, wider business community, and volunteers with schools, nonprofits, the IDF, and social initiatives – turning knowledge, mentorship, expertise, and real-life learning into lasting, meaningful impact – while at the same time provides a platform & community for businesses to share their skills, give back, and gain exposure and branding.
Our Story
ImpactIL®, an Israel-based initiative aimed at empowering people, businesses, and communities to grow, scale, and create positive impact was founded by Lesley Kaplan. It is powered by her, and the Networking platform she created for SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses), The Israel Networking Hub PRO Circle.
Lesley, a business strategy, branding and goal-achieving coach, organizational consultant, and trainer, has been passionate about the nonprofit world and the social sector for many years. She has volunteered with nonprofits in Israel for more than 20 years, served on a number of nonprofit boards, and guided many nonprofit clients on strategy.
Then, suddenly, it came to her – the name, the initiative and the platform to unite and bridge her three passions:
- Empowering individuals with real-life skills and tools they need to achieve their goals and create lasting change
- Partnering with businesses & nonprofits in Israel by creating meaningful programs and platforms that amplify their visibility, strengthen their brand, and enhance both profitability and purpose – while making a lasting impact
- Building a stronger, thriving Israel
Lesley believes that the more we give, the more we gain - and that no one is ever too young or too old to achieve their goals when they have the right tools.
Through her own journey and the experiences of her clients, she has seen firsthand the transformation that comes from passionately pursuing one’s goals.
As a mother of children, including some who faced learning challenges and struggled to “fit into” the traditional education system, she knows how crucial supportive, empowering programs can be. She is convinced that initiatives like those offered in the Give & Grow Track by ImpactIL® could have made a profound difference.
Since October 7th, seeing the trauma, stress, and sacrifices endured by soldiers and their families – including her own family – has left a profound mark on Lesley and many in Israel. This inspired her to create the Mission to Meaning Track by ImpactIL®, dedicated to soldiers, lone soldiers, and their spouses.
